You pick the date, time, location and theme of your picnic. We’ll arrive about 45 minutes before your scheduled picnic time to complete the set up. Enjoy your picnic, and when it’s all over, we come back to clean up.

Buffalo weather can be so unpredictable. In the event of inclement weather, your picnic can be rescheduled to an indoor location of your choice, or rescheduled for another date. There are no refunds.

Of course not! At the end of your picnic, we’ll be there to clean up.

Running late? No worries, you have until your end time to enjoy your picnic.

No! If you’d like to leave early please give us a call to let us know and we will meet you to clean up. Please do not leave picnic items unattended.

Whether you’d like your picnic at home in the backyard, a local park or beach we can accommodate you. Stumped? We have a list of the perfect picnic locations.

You have the option to purchase treats listed on our add ons list. We do not provide food but feel free to bring it along. What’s a picnic without delicious snacks?

Any local park minus a few exceptions such as the Outer Harbor and Canalside. Some of our favorites are: Hoyt Lake, Glenn Falls, Niawanda Park, The Lincoln Promenade, and Cazenovia Park just to name a few. If you have a specific location in mind that’s not listed here let us know!

Explore the best of outdoor picnics with us! Embrace the flexibility of our peak season (April-September) hours, where you can book your picnic adventure from 11 am to 7 pm. Interested in a time outside these hours? Feel free to let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences. For a touch of magic, sunrise and sunset picnics are also available for an additional fee.
